Partner with me
I'm an independent analyst of the software and AI agents customer service teams run on: helpdesks, AI agents, and the tools for customer health, feedback, QA and knowledge around them. I've worked the queue as an agent, run support operations, implemented the systems behind them and audited them for clients. When I test your product, I test it the way the team that buys it will use it.
Support leaders, operators and founders read my work to understand which tools are worth their time. You can't pay for a good verdict. You can pay for a fair, hands-on one, published to the people choosing their next tool.
Who reads it
Followers include founders and CEOs (12%) and people at Fin, Zendesk, Dixa, Kustomer and Support Driven. Figures from LinkedIn analytics, October 2025 to October 2026.
What you can buy
I test your product against my AI Evaluation Scorecard and publish the result as a LinkedIn post, a page on this site and a short walkthrough video. You get the raw notes, including what didn't work.
On request · about 3 weeks
A walkthrough or explainer of one feature or use case, scripted and recorded from a practitioner's point of view, for you to use on your own channels.
On request
A monthly written brief for your founders, product and marketing team on competitor moves, pricing changes and what operators are saying, plus one call to discuss it.
On request
Courses, guides and help-center articles for your customers, written and recorded by someone who has led a help center and academy for a support software company. Customers who get good at your product stay and recommend it.

What others say
“In our first call, she even introduced me to a competitor I hadn't come across (and I nolife this whole market, so that says something).”
“Hearing that from someone respected in ecommerce CX carries more weight than anything we could say ourselves.”
What isn't for sale
You can't pay to appear in If Customer Service Tools Were…, my market maps or my own posts, and you can't change what they say. That independence is the reason a paid evaluation from me is worth anything.
- Every paid piece is labelled as a paid partnership.
- I test the product before I agree to publish anything about it.
- You review drafts for factual accuracy. The opinion stays mine.
- If I have a commercial relationship with a vendor, such as a referral share, I say so in every piece about them.
- I can decline a partnership when the product isn't a fit for my readers.
How it works
- Email me what you'd like readers to understand about your product.
- Within two working days I reply in writing with whether it's a fit, a format and a price.
- You give me test access. I test before anything is agreed.
- I deliver and publish on the agreed date, then send you the results.
